for Camping and Tourer Holidays

Please help keep the Burton Constable Holiday Park and Arboretum safe, secure and pleasant
for all our customers by adhering to the following site rules.

The Office is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
 
Any persons entering the park are subject to the rules displayed in the office.
 
The site must be vacated by 2:00pm on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged with the office.
 
Dogs must be kept on a lead at ALL times and must not be taken into the toilet/shower blocks or laundry.
 
Any fouling must be cleaned up immediately.
 
Dogs are strictly forbidden in the play area.
 
No dog should be left unattended - it may become distressed and in addition cause a nuisance to other campers.
 
The speed limit on the site is 10mph.
 
Motorcycles are only permitted in the park by prior permission of the management.
 
It is forbidden to hang out clothes on a clothes line.
 
No fires to be lit anywhere on the caravan park with the exception of barbeques, which should be kept off the grass and not emptied into waste bins whilst still hot, or into the hedgerows.
 
Cars must be parked so as to allow access for emergency vehicles and you must not block off the avenues between caravans with windbreaks etc. as these must be kept clear at all times for safety reasons.
 
Ball games are forbidden on the site, other than on the recreation area near the adventure playground.
 
There must be no noise so as to become a nuisance to other park users between the hours of 11:00pm and 8:00am.
 
No fire-arms or damgerous weapons are allowed on the park.
 
Fishing is by permit only and permits can be obtained from the office. Fishing from the bridge is prohibited.
 
It is expressly forbidden to use fire extinguishers for any purpose other than to extinguish a fire.
 
Rollerblades or skateboards are not allowed on the site.
 
Do not use domestic rated electrical appliances. Remember your caravan hook up is MAXIMUM 10 AMPS.
 
Your caravan must always face the lake with the jockey wheel on the concrete paver.
 
Only breathable ground sheets are allowed to be used.
 
Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times.
 
Swimming in the lakes is strictly forbidden
 
Any contravention of these rules will render those concerned to be asked to leave the site immediately and without a refund.
